- Shipping (Canada and USA)
- Free Shipping is offered for a total order value of $175 or greater (after discounts, before shipping fees & taxes).
- We offer flat-rate shipping for both the US and Canada for orders that do not qualify for free shipping:
- Canada: CAD $9.95
- USA (Contiguous): CAD $15.95
- Order processing takes between 1-3 business days (the time required to pick, pack and ship your order).
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via the email address that you have provided.
- Orders are processed and shipped Mon-Fri from 9 am to 5 pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major Canadian holidays.
- Once the order is shipped, it takes another 2-8 business days for it to be delivered, depending on your location.
- Orders are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario.
- Please ensure that the correct mailing address is provided. We are unable to refund costs for items lost or not received due to an incorrect mailing address provided at the time of order placement.
- Kindly ensure to track your order using the tracking information provided. We are unable to take responsibility and issue replacements or refunds for any stolen packages.
- Customs Duties and Other Fees
- Please be aware that we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or any other fees that may be required in order to clear your country’s customs authority. It is your responsibility to check your country’s customs policies and regulations before making a purchase. If any additional charges are imposed, they must be settled by the buyer. We are unable to cover or reimburse these costs. In addition, we are unable to facilitate payments related to the above costs between the buyer, the carrier or the buyer’s country’s custom authorities.

- Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- At YOUM Fragrances, each item you order is bottled and packaged specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final and fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if any part of your order is damaged or defective, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order and will gladly make things right for you.
- Depending on the nature of the issue, we may at our discretion remedy the situation by either a) Processing a refund of the full or partial value of your order to your original payment method or b) Providing you with a credit equal to the full or partial value of your order, for use towards your next order. In order to determine the most optimal way to address your concerns, and in order to open a claim with the courier where applicable, we may require pictures of the damaged or defective order.
